Consultancy

We work with a wide range of organisations to develop and facilitate arts or crafts related initiatives. This can be specific short term projects or longer term development. Our fee rates depend on the length and nature of the work involved.

Our areas of expertise and skill include: developing partnerships, facilitating creative collaboration and professional development, commissioning artists, project design, developing creative briefs, artistic policy, diversity and strategies or methods for involving and developing audiences.

Clients have included Fired Earth Ltd (brand development aligned to contemporary making), British Waterways (working with Asian women), Staffordshire County Council (promoting contemporary craft touring over four years) and University Hospital Birmingham Cancer Centre (working with patients and staff).

We welcome initial discussion and may be able to provide brief guidance and advice by phone. We are also happy to signpost enquiries. First enquiries should be made through the Director.
